After 6 years of dancing together Alexander Chernositov and Regina Maziarz decided to end our partnership. Alexander and Regina were USA National 10 Dance Champions and UK Open 10 Dance champions. Some of best and latest results are Amateur Disney Cup Standard winners and UK Open Amateur Rising Star Latin semi finalists. See more results and photos.

Alexander and Regina would like to thank everybody who supported their partnership but most importantly their teachers Vibeke Toft and Allan Tornsberg, Donnie Burns MBE and Heidi Burns, Thomas Papkala and Frantsiska Yordanova, and Charlotte Jorgensen. They would also like to thank each other as well as their parents for the tremendous support and endless help in their journey.

Regina has decided to take a break from dancing and Alexander is currently looking for a partner to continue his dance career.

You are most welcome and we hope to help you whenever you need it. We will miss seeing you dance with Regina, who we have known since she was only 12. We always thought of her as one of our family. Her beauty and talent will be missed by a lot of your fans. She is a great dancer and absolutely fearless competitor and risk taker. We know she will do very well in whatever she chooses to do! Good luck Regina!

Dear Sasha, you make us proud each and every day in everything you do. It never seize to amaze us how you handle things in life with such maturity and class. Your thoughtfulness and willingness to help and serve people around you is absolutely amazing. Your journey to the top of this crazy ballroom dance world is an adventure that requires so much dedication and sacrifice and you are handling it like a pro from the very young age. Your mother and I experience such a great joy watching you dance. Your talent is enormous, but your hard work, discipline, loyalty and unwavering decision to reach your goals are absolutely out of this world! And that is more important than any amount of talent.

Also you have an incredible group of teachers and mentors you fortunate to learn from and associate with. And that‘s what makes us know that it is not a matter of “IF” you are going to make it but “WHEN”. So enjoy your ride and the ups and downs and crazy flips and detours are only the things that make this ride interesting, exciting and worth taking. Ultimately it’s not about the destination but the journey! Buckle up! We love being a part of your journey.

Love,

Mom and Dad
